UK Despatch times:
As these products are freshly hand-blended, once your order's confirmed please be aware your order could take up to 5 working days to be despatched Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee despatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. You will receive an e-mail from us the day we despatch your order.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
Standard Delivery UK & Ireland (3- 5 working days) is £3.50
Standard 1st Class Delivery (1-2 working days) is £4:00 For orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday - Friday, 1st class delivery takes between 1-2 working days and is delivered by Royal Mail. Deliveries for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man can take a little longer.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products due to circumstance beyond our resonable control - force majeure events.
International Delivery:
International delivery will usually be via Royal Mail Airmail. Depending on the size and weight of you order a courier may be used instead, and a signature upon delivery may be required.
Delivery Charges are based on the country we are shipping to and the weight of you order.
You will be responsible for all additional taxes, customs and shipping charges. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches it's destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. Cost of delivery is based on location.
We can not guarentee delivery dates for overseas delivery as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Faulty, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you're returning faulty, incomplete, incorrect or damaged goods, we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods and and the recorded delivery costs from the original delivery point to our offices, provided that you supply us with a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.
Other reasons
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refund time
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Refunds for products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
